Return & Exchange Policy
Makone values customer satisfaction and understands that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Make sure to include a copy of your invoice and clearly mention the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) using a reliable and trackable shipping method (such as courier or registered mail) at their own cost to the specified return address.
Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of incorrect or faulty items delivered, Makone will bear all return or exchange shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product(s), refund processing may take up to 7 working days. All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our team.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Send your package using a traceable service (like a courier or registered post) to the return address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Sale Items
Items bought during promotional offers or sales are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure you verify the size, color, and product details before confirming your purchase. However, exchanges are possible for sale items, based on available stock.
